事情是這樣的

本人購買電腦已是去年8月初的事情了~

然而，今天本身在玩電腦(新楓之谷,開啟中...未登入)時，瀏覽一下網頁(Chrome)，並且點擊下載(找電影下載來看,Mega)，點完的下一個瞬間，電腦螢幕整個橫線條狀，滑鼠游標還能動，鍵盤指令啥的就是起不了作用(含ctrl+alt+Del)。

最後只好按住電源鍵，重新開機，之後就一切正常。

想請教的是，關於此類當機是自從購買以後第一次遇見，本身電腦沒有安裝過多的東西，頂多如遊戲、CCleaner、PotPlayer...等平時會用到的東西，並不會額外去下載不明程式；再說，上述程式已安裝大約1個月以上!

我想不是顯卡和記憶體的問題，記憶體足夠到開兩個遊戲來進行(新楓之谷+LoL)，爬文等我也爬過了，不過那些基本上都是什麼重灌或者拆電腦機殼清理等的答案。

還有就是那時電腦開機時間僅僅只過了6小時多...

那有人可以幫忙解決此類問題嗎?!感激不盡~~
