隨機搶劫　2根煙蒂逮強盜

許姓男子與李姓、王姓10年前組成強盜集團，密謀隨機擄人搶劫計畫，當年3月3人一起開車到北市明水路附近，持改造手槍、刀械，隨機搶奪正在路邊開後車廂的張姓房仲，搜刮張男身上手錶、5千元現金、電話SIM卡及信用卡後，再將張男以手銬銬住雙手，關在張男後車廂內逃逸，警方在車內找出2根煙蒂，經DNA比對查出許、李犯案。
 
王男、李男後來已因另犯其他搶案被逮，並被依加重強盜罪各判刑12年確定。許男後來被逮後，雖承認與李男、王男開車押人，但否認強盜，他辯稱，是李男找他一起跟人討債，李男說張男欠他錢，就將張男押上車，當時沒看到刀槍，後來李男說押錯人，他沒拿張男身上財物，後來到台北火車站就下車，搭火車回樹林接女兒放學。
 
但法官根據李男、王男證詞，確認3人當天就是要去「強盜」，且隨機搶劫張男，認定許男辯詞只是避重就輕，圖卸刑責，依加重強盜罪判許男8年半徒刑，全案可上訴。
