威寶&中華 雙卡智慧型手機

各位大大好

我現在是用威寶的預付卡

最近想辦中華大省333，中華主要是拿來上網

但還是要維持威寶的使用(只有要打電話)

順便換支雙卡雙待的手機
有些問題想請教大家

1.
Samsung GALAXY Grand2：

兩張SIM卡都支援3G SIM卡，
也就是兩個門號都可以高速上網，
但其中一個設定為3G時，另外一個即自動切換為2G

所以威寶要接聽電話，中華的上網就變成2G的速度是嗎？
(2G的網路速度非常慢是嗎?)

如果我正在使用中華的3G網路，就接不到威寶的電話了的意思？

2.Samsung GALAXY Mega 5.8 & Sony Xperia C 也是一樣的道理嗎？

目前沒有適用接聽威寶，卻也能用中華3G上網的手機嗎???

有的話懇請各位大大推薦
預算最多在一萬出頭
