惡劣！業者販售過期膠囊　竄改有效日期

台北市衛生局今表示，日前接獲檢舉，指稱芝蘭公司將知名品牌「NOW」膠囊錠狀食品，更改標示為「芝蘭Cheery Land」，並竄改過期食品的有效日期後販售，該局以涉詐欺罪嫌移請法務部調查局台北市調查處偵辦，昨與市調處聯手出擊，全面稽查芝蘭公司辦公室、倉庫，查獲「芝蘭天然高纖」、「芝蘭深海魚油」及「濃縮水果膠囊」等29種食品竄改有效日期、無中文標示、未辦理查驗登記，現場產品全數由市調處查扣、偵辦。
 
北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，芝蘭公司與知名口香品牌「芝蘭口香糖」沒有任何關係，而該公司除有上述涉嫌觸法行為外，還涉嫌非法輸入標示「GSK康纖伴／歐愛90顆」計35瓶、「Clear Blue Daily Ovulation Tracker／數位排卵測驗棒20支」計8盒，也移請檢調偵辦。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
