立法院審議海峽兩岸服務貿易協議，網路也出現支持與反對論戰，但有不少謠言，包括大陸勞工來台搶工作、假投資真移民與房地產再飆漲等，政府部會逐一澄清，盼民眾不要輕信。

網路最近流傳只用人民幣4.8萬，約等於新台幣23萬元就能移民台灣，而且還能享有全民健保、12年國教等福利。還有謠言說，簽服貿協議將導致大陸人士移民，房地產再飆漲等。

經濟部強調，目前政府只開放外國人投資移民，沒有開放大陸人民來台投資移民，且對陸資企業陸籍主管或技術人員僅核發1年期入出境許可證，沒有居留證，不是投資移民。

有關大陸勞工會來台搶工作的傳言，經濟部澄清說，兩岸服務貿易協議不涉及開放大陸勞工議題，不會出現百萬大陸勞工來台搶工作的情況，民眾不用擔心。

內政部也澄清，陸客來台取得不動產仍需由內政部、陸委會、國防部、國安局聯合審查。此外，陸客來台購買房地產後，須在登記後滿3年才能移轉買賣，以避免陸資炒作房價。也不能以投資之名義購買不動產，必須要有居住或辦公之需要或事實。

經濟部在兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）專區（http://www.ecfa.org.tw/ShowNews.aspx?id=870&year=all&pid=&cid=）中放上服貿協議懶人包，希望釐清外界的疑慮。(中央社)
