我騎檔車在彰水路秀水段的福懋加油站旁邊被汽車撞入加油站 人沒事但是現在需要做機車損傷的求償 拜託大家我需要行車紀錄器... 需要的記錄器 1.時間:4/2 下午五點 約5:20 2.地點:彰水路 有行經秀水福懋加油站(彰化縣秀水鄉埔崙村9鄰彰水路二段33號) 因為對方現在似乎有不想賠償的跡象甚至有要叫我賠償他車損的可能 因為他的車損比我貴...如果用責任分成的話只要7:3我就不核算了... 至少我要證明到9:1 我為1...希望能證明到100%責任都在他身上... 如果是6:4的責任...我就沒辦法得到賠償還得要賠他了...嗚嗚是他撞我的阿... 不然我很冤...兩個月前牽的車被他撞了... 我是被撞方...兩方為同向不同車道...他要轉彎入加油站，結果把在右側的我撞入加油站 (我嚇死了...差點直接撞入加油島..差點死在那邊...嚇死我了) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.253.152.58 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChangHua/M.1396803986.A.247.html
