等嘸開賣那一天　接待中心拆啦

茂德建設位於捷運蘆洲站興建的捷運共構大樓「希望城市」，新建案已趨近完工，目前正在進行鷹架的拆除工作，位於基地附近的接待中心也蓋好逾2年，但卻遲遲未開賣，加上於半個月前接待中心開始拆除，引起市場一片錯愕。負責銷售的甲山林廣告總經理張境在解釋，接待中心是用於預售階段，「希望城市」既然已經成屋，將來會將接待中心設置於基地，業者銷售帶看也較為方便。
 
不過張境在也提到，由於該案目前還在與捷運局協調權利分配的問題，開案時程仍舊未明，目前當地區域行情約在每坪40多萬元，將來「希望城市」的開價要看推出當時的區域行情而定。（洪安怡／台北報導）
