近日有幸獲得兩個offer， 希望大家能給我一點建議，謝謝:) 公司 A-惠x股份有限公司 B-綜合批發商 地點 台中 台中 職務 業務人員 國貿人員 產業 汽車零件 醫療、登山、五金批發 規模 270人 30人 工時 8:30~5:30 8:30~5:30 加班 未知 準時下班 薪資 試用期N 試用期N 試用期過後N+2K 試用期過後 N+3.5K 年終 看績效 1.5~2個月 三節 禮品 無 住宿 租屋 租屋 休假 周休二日 周休二日(見紅休) (周六教育訓練/每個月1次) 優點 1.供午餐 1.歐語專長相關 2.大公司體制較為健全 2.上班較FREE (例:供咖啡、員工穿室內拖上班) 3.傳產相對較為穩定 3.有業績抽成(不過新人應該是看的到吃不到) 有自己的工廠 缺點 1.先前待的都是小公司， 1.公司規模小，為家族企業 氣氛融洽，不知道大公 司是否會適應不良。 2.面試時間相當短， 2.試用期較長(3~6個月) 無語言測驗，當下就錄 取，不知道是不是屎缺 3.無自己的工廠，純貿易商 (囧) PS.雖然兩間比起來A公司好像大勝，但由於薪資開的比公司預期的高 面試當下主管就表明會以比較高的規格要求我， 不知道是否能順利通過試用期(汗) 網路上幾乎沒有A公司的評價，不知板上先進是否有人了解惠X股份有限公司的風氣? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.242.35.3 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1397658024.A.249.html
