本報訊

駐法國代表呂慶龍推動與法國大城波爾多的科技合作，將研議成立國際聯合影像實驗室，進行腫瘤周邊血管組織攝像的研究等。

駐法代表處表示，呂慶龍日前與科技組組長吳文桂、政務組副組長黃上益，前往西南部大城波爾多，推動與波爾多大學科技合作。

他們到設在波爾多大學的法國國家衛生暨醫學研究所（INSERM）實驗室，聽取實驗室主任畢法維（Andreas Bikfalvi）及副教授佩提柏（Cyril Petibois）針對打算與台灣合作的科技計畫簡報。

計畫包括研議成立國際聯合影像實驗室，進行腫瘤周邊血管組織攝像的研究，及開發生物物理研究課程等。另外還有鋰電池及材料科學領域的研究計畫。

呂慶龍19日上午會出席波爾多大學副校長塞凡特（Laurent Servant）主持的學術計畫簡報會議，並就台灣政經發展、兩岸關係、台法經貿等事項發表演說，強調台灣尊重智慧財產權，今年科技研發投資占國內生產毛額（GDP）的3.02%，可成為法國優質夥伴，也是進軍大中華市場跳板。(中央社)
