高雄用完台中用　喜羊羊明年當燈會主角？

「2015年台灣燈會在台中」正值羊年辦燈會，市議員吳瓊華關心交通動線規劃及地方如何參與，今特別在質詢時播放「喜羊羊與灰太郎」卡通影片，建議市府發揮喜羊羊主燈智慧，妥善規劃燈會交通疏導措施，並多多運用烏日在地資源。
 
吳瓊華議員指出，睽違12年台中市剛好又再度舉辦羊年燈會，交通是最大的考量，動線應該要規劃好，接駁動線要有明確方案，並將地方特色納進來，更要多多利用在地資源，讓在地的烏日社區、學校或社團有機會參與。
 
觀光旅遊局長張大春答詢表示，台中的確是第一個二度辦燈會的縣市，主場地在烏日高鐵站區，共規劃16個主題燈區，目前已召開過兩次跨局處會議，在經費部分盡量節省支出，初步有3億多元預算經費，將可吸引800萬人次觀光客、創造64億元商機。
 
交通局長林良泰也說，2015年台灣燈會將為以「有效接駁」、「大眾運輸優先」為兩大疏導措施，今年7月份會提5百萬元規劃費，希望議會支持，一定會把交通疏導措施做好。（葉濬明／台中報導）
