誤以為男友要親熱 女驚醒發現被性侵

三十八歲加拿大籍男子和女友，前年到鄧姓男子家中喝酒聊天，加拿大籍男子和女友到客房休息，加拿大男隔天早上六點時先行離去，鄧男竟潛入客房，以陰莖插入該女口中，女子本以為是加拿大男友要「再來一次」，未料鄧男將生殖器插入陰道後，女子驚覺不對，睜開雙眼，發現是鄧男，隨即報警。

該女遭性侵後不斷哭泣，一度懷疑是加拿大男友與鄧男串通，但加拿大男子出示事後傳給鄧男質問的LINE訊息，證明自己並不知情，士林地檢署今天依妨害性自主將鄧男起訴，並認為鄧男迄今仍未主動提出和解，應從重量刑。
