你觀察公司待很多年的長官 如果很少有很強的 那就不用期待在公司能變的很強 (大部份系統廠都是這樣，長官也不強在解issue) 標準打怪sop是這樣: 接受自己2~3年只能領12個月的事實: 08:30~19:00上班 (19:00 以後就走) 19:00以後摸自己想學的東西 (會很黑沒錯,被fire後就再找另一家公司做) 2~3年後跳強者多的公司 10年磨一劍,也要待對公司磨，不然升上去了還是不會 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.166.116.169 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1399693307.A.A2B.html
