標題[問題] 這樣的價錢怎麼談比較好

台中北區3樓公寓 房仲說， 屋主原本開價430， 因為屋主在別地方買房後發現台中房價上漲不少， 所以即使後來有人出價420， 他也不肯賣，現在就抬價改開520。 因為我之前也看過這物件， 所以430這舊價格是沒錯的， 房仲還進一步透露說屋主心中底價是450， 我有點心動， 但價錢的部份就不知道該怎麼談才談得漂亮， 之前有人出420，屋主不賣 但屋主心裡底價是450， 豈不是我能談的範圍只會在430~450之間？ 但又怕出太接近他的底價屋主又改變主意？ 這種微妙的價格應該怎麼談會比較好呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.38.48.69 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1400070711.A.44B.html
