找不到app store 安全問題重置信

由於忘記日本app store帳號的安全提問,原本想說讓系統寄一份重置信給我,可是我一直沒有收到,我有新增備用電子郵件,可是重置信一直沒寄進去...他有寫 "セキュリティ情報リセットメールをj•••••@hotmail.comへ送信する"可是我的備用信箱明明是s••••••••••••@yahoo.com.tw 為甚麼?
