北川景子與錦戶亮在電影《只想擁抱妳》扮情侶，其中一幕景子騎在旋轉木馬上，與錦戶亮熱吻的畫面唯美浪漫，其實過程非常忐忑；該片導演一向不讓演員排練，2人一到片場就直接來，因為木馬一直上上下下，2人抓不到timing，一連NG好幾次。
 
錦戶亮事後回想拍攝過程，苦笑表示：「演起來很難，應該由我來主動，但做起來就是有難度。」好在對成果還算滿意。該片改編真人真事，北川景子飾演身體左半邊麻痺，必須靠輪椅代步，又罹患「高次腦機能障礙」的「良紗」，她邂逅飾演計程車司機的錦戶亮後，不顧親友反對相愛，該片劇情催淚感人，預定本周五在台上映。（劉孟玲／綜合報導）
