身為觀光大縣的花蓮縣，因應外地遊客日益增多，為保障34萬餘人口的縣民，以及近百萬人次的觀光旅客之生命財產安全因素，將開全台先例，率先徵求具有救護技術員證書或證照之專業人員。

花蓮縣消防局表示，為讓救災工作能更專業，並加強救災、救難技術，花蓮縣消防局為全台唯一率先徵求救護技術員之縣市。此次預計將招募4名救護技術員，報名自即日起至6月20日（五）下午17時止。

徵才的條件為須高中職以上畢業，且具初級救護技術員（EMT-1）以上證照，及有自小客駕照者，起薪約2萬多起。其職務內容為主要負責救護工作，不須進入火場。

有意者可將履歷表、自傳、最高學歷證件影本、初級救護技術員（EMT-1）以上證照影本、自小客駕照影本、相關工作經驗佐證資料影本於20日前寄至花蓮縣花蓮市中央路三段842號，註明花蓮縣消防局緊急救護科收。經初試書面審查後將再通知參加緊急救護技術操作的複試技術考，有興趣的朋友可上花蓮縣消防局網站查詢。10/06/2014
