翁岳生讚我國司法受國際肯定

台北高等行法院今天上午舉行法院新建落成啟用典禮，司法院前院長翁岳生應邀觀禮時指出，林克穎引渡案顯示英國司法對我判決的肯定，英國很重視司法權，對司法標準要求很高，這項肯定十分不容易；他希望法院有高水準的設備，司法品質也要提高，以符合全民的期待。

翁岳生也表示，司法是為人民存在，如果法院作出對人民不利的判決，理由要寫得清楚，讓人民心服，使人民能更肯定信賴司法。
