英國搖滾老將Sting出身赤貧，現在有1億8000萬鎊財產，是全球最名成利就的歌手之一，但他接受英國媒體訪談表示，他的三子三女不必指望繼承父產，他不會為他們成立什麼信託基金使他們生活有靠，因為這會成為他們一生的累贅，「他們得自己工作賺錢」。
