資源回收率56％　台北市民最環保

《遠見》雜誌進行的2014年19縣市總體競爭力調查出爐，其中台北市的資源回收率達5成6，為全國之冠，北市環保局長吳盛忠表示，從北市實施垃圾費隨袋徵收以來，已將資源回收延伸至4000餘個社區中，其中，又以內湖區康寧里及文山區景東里同時名列資源回收考核計畫的第1名。

內湖區康寧里在里內設置小家電及腳踏車的維修回收站，志工還利用烹煮食物後的廢食用油及果皮，製作環保皂及果皮酵素，另也回收二手制服捐助給需要的學童。而文山區景東里則是擁有一群志工團隊，挨家挨戶宣導分類回收，還推派有環保里長，進行社區資源回收。（林媛玲／台北報導）
