洗臉盆下方長腳柱如何移除?

請問~~
我家洗臉盆因落水頭異常要修理，必須移除下方的長腳柱，
可是下方的長腳柱卻是用水泥固定在地面上。

試問要如何不破壞性地移除長腳柱??
之後，要再如何安裝回去而不移位?? 在下方用"速力康"固定可以嗎??
