近來遠雄建設想把淡水三峽造鎮模式複製到台中清水 挾著台中港自經區議題 收購大批清水土地準備造鎮 至於許多外縣市人可能會好奇台中清水區究竟是一個什麼樣的城鎮? 話說台中市還未縣市合併前 清水屬於台中縣清水鎮緊臨台中港 算是非常鄉下的地方(當然 目前也很鄉下) 清水的優點是她靠近台中港 而台中港的自經區發展 是清水利多消息 但相反的 清水的缺點就是台中港冬天時 受東北季風影響 這裡的風非常強並且經常夾帶中港的粒沙形成強勁的"風吹沙" 另外 旁邊又是龍井台中港煤炭火力發電廠 也就是被國際評比為全世界排放co2第一的電廠以及全台灣最大的煤炭發電廠 排出的煤炭煙整個梧棲龍井清水沙鹿大安與靠山的西屯 甚至沿海彰化 都受影響 所以讓人蠻好奇的是 遠雄是如何能評估在這裡造鎮蓋景觀豪宅 會有富人想買? 不知道各位有什麼看法? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.165.207.188 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1406331715.A.BE0.html
