韓星又添傷兵！劉亞仁撞到頭送醫

韓國男星劉亞仁正在拍新片《思悼》，他前天在全羅北道扶安郡片場拍戲時，不慎頭部著地受傷，緊急送往醫院診治，他的經紀公司透露：「傷勢不重，只是撞傷部位發腫、瘀青，請粉絲不要擔心。」敬業的他，一看完醫生又重返片場繼續拍戲，讓粉絲不捨說：「請多休息，別搞壞身體。」該片由他搭檔宋康昊、文根英等演員合拍，預計明年在韓上映。（林奕雯／綜合報導）
