員林YouBike上路

彰化縣政府建置YouBike自行車租借系統，繼彰化市後也將在員林鎮上路，今天在員林火車站舉行YOUBike簽約儀式，由彰化縣長卓伯源與捷安特公司董事長劉金標訂合作計畫，預計12月YouBike在員林上路，將在員林火車站、員林鎮公所等15站提供450輛自行車租借服務。
