要求補助個體戶　動物志工抗議

關懷流浪動物志工陳麗月等人發起的「關懷流浪動物、關心生活環境」活動，下午在公益路草悟道舉行，志工們高舉狗、貓節育經費嚴重不足紅布條，呼籲政府領養代替購買，結紮代替撲殺，志工們要求政府不應該只將相關經費補助給大型保護機構，應該平均分配,才不會讓關懷流浪動物的個體戶必須自掏腰包,生活老是捉襟見肘!

台中市議員邱素貞、黃國書等人前往聲援，邱素貞表示將要求市府寬列相關結紮預算，，並趕在春天動物繁殖期前，補助相關團體，讓他們有經費可以協助處理流浪動物問題。(鄭敏玲／台中報導)
