版上沒有此建案的文章 來分享一下訊息 給想買的人參考一下 因為4月初的時候有去案場 留過資料 中間原本的接待小姐有打過3次電話詢問購買意願 我都以"看空"為由 想多等等 上周末在屏東家庭旅遊的時候又接到電話 不過是不同的小姐 說現在有一戶4樓兩房在做清倉特賣 總評數22.13 含車位1450萬 欲購從速 我說這幾周的周末行程都滿檔 要等到9月才有空 他說只剩個位數 要買要快 我問能否不買車位? 他回頭去問其他人 結論是不行不買車位 剛把4月去拿的資料出來看 那時候是8樓的 一樣22.13坪 配B2車位 完全未殺價的價格是1236+200(車位)=1436 所以清倉的價格並沒有比較便宜阿 = = 樓層低 又是4樓(雖然現在比較少人在意了) 還比4月的時候貴 話說低樓層的因為總價較低 不是比較容易一開始就被賣掉嗎? 為什麼現在還有低樓層的可以買? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 210.69.124.30 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1408502631.A.07B.html
