房屋稅調漲轉嫁房客　房東月漲10%租金

政府為打房調高非自主的房屋稅率，沒想到卻有房客因此受害，每月將多付10%的租金。

花蓮縣1名租屋的房客在臉書分享1則公告，公告內容是房東告訴房客，指因政府提高房屋稅率，故公寓房屋租金將於民國104年統一調漲，從每月1萬調整至1萬1千元。月漲10%的租金讓網友質疑房屋稅真的有多到需要1個月漲10%來補貼嗎？文中雖未註明是那間公寓，房東也未回應，但還是引發網友熱烈討論。

房東因房屋稅要調漲房租的訊息一出，有網友要po文者「暗示」是那間房子的房東，他會敬而遠之，還有網友回應「我們的不止漲房租，連電費都漲價了」，1名網友更說，政府不管漲什麼，都只會反應在一般老百姓身上。（胡治言／綜合報導）
