青雲閣遭毀　北市文化局提告

台北市萬華區青雲閣在本月初遭地主擅自拆除，讓台北市長郝龍斌大為不滿。北市今日舉行市政會議，北市文化局表示，目前整起案子已進入司法調查階段，文化局將就非法拆除部分，對建商提出告訴，另外也依《文資法》規定，要求建商原地原樣將青雲閣蓋回來。
 
北市府發言人張其強表示，市長郝龍斌強調北市一定會堅持蓋回來的基本原則，不容許任何人心存僥倖，甚至未來讓有心人士想比照辦理。
 
張其強表示，將青雲閣蓋回來不是難事，位於大稻埕的長老教會，在2002年5月26日也遭人找來怪手破壞，造成正立面毀損。之後文化局也依《文資法》要求拆除者進行修復工程，目前已完工。(陳思豪/台北報導)
