南投縣議員林昆熠聲明不選連任

南投縣議員林昆熠十八日辭去草屯鎮農會理事長後，隨即神隱，並拆除街頭的競選看板。林昆熠今天發出公開聲明指出，很感謝鄉親長期支持，讓他從鎮代到縣議員，參政過程一路順利。他因個人的生涯規畫，不得不作出痛苦決定，退出年底的縣議員選舉。他說「一張選票一世情」，大家對他的疼惜，他會謹記在心。
