這張權狀的建物含有屋頂突出物,85年蓋的,應該是專有,
早期很多地所屋突不視為主建物,也不登做附屬,所以用註記的(系統瑕疵?).

你可以申請該建號的建物物測量成果圖,
那張圖有屋突,就是登記專有了.

85年公寓大廈管理條例剛實施,
最好看看使用執照竣工圖,有沒有共專有圖.
