李製餅店今開始退貨　90度鞠躬表歉意

李家大房獨立開店近30年的「李製餅家」因用了有問題的芳福豬油，旗下綠豆椪等6項產品中招，店家主動宣布休息3天，並在今天表示，從星期一到星期五連續5天都只處理民眾退貨事宜，每天從上午11時許到晚上9時許，民眾可拿發票與有問題的產品來辦理退貨，店員碰到民眾退貨，除了道歉外更是90度鞠躬，希望可以挽回商譽。

店家表示，自己的豬油原本是沒問題，後來又變成有問題，當下真的不知如何是好，尤其是對顧客更是深感抱歉，這3天的休息都是在討論退貨與尋找新的豬油等問題，至於損失多少，店家則不願多做說明。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
