真幸福！　裕隆暑假多9天假期

民眾在那些企業工作最幸福？北市勞動局今天公布第4屆幸福企業，其中，被評為最幸福的3星級企業，分別為台灣愛普生科技、傑太日煙、華普飛機引擎科技、裕隆汽車及輝瑞藥廠共5家。其中，輝瑞藥廠每位員工可使用24.4坪空間令人欣羨，另裕隆汽車除了年假，在暑假還有9天的小暑假，可增進親子交流。
 
北市勞動局今在青少年育樂中心頒發第4屆幸福企業獎表揚典禮，表揚3星級企業，台灣愛普生科技設立有藝廊，讓員工充當導覽員，培養員工藝術氣息。華普飛機引擎科技員工有國外遷調機會，裕隆汽車聘僱全職醫師進駐廠區，暑假還有9天「小暑假」。勞動局說，此次評選項目的工作環境指標、福利與獎勵、友善職場指標各佔2成，待遇與培育指標佔2成5，其他特色佔1成5。（林媛玲／台北報導）
