鳳凰颱風成形　周末離台灣最近

今年第16號颱風鳳凰，今天凌晨兩點形成，周末天氣「不大妙」。

氣象局指出，19日晚上開始鋒面接近，鳳凰颱風受到太平洋高壓後退牽引，接近菲律賓呂宋島時將90度大轉彎，往台灣逼近。20日及21日是颱風距離台灣最近的時間，東半部首當其衝，降雨最明顯；全台受到鳳凰外圍環流影響，局部地區也有大雨發生的機會。

氣象局研判，依目前路徑來看，發布警報的機會不高，但要是高壓減弱不如預期，不排除東部海域有發布海上警報的機會，未來兩天將密切觀察。

根據氣象交流平台《福爾摩沙氣象萬千》文章指出，鳳凰颱風轉向後將呈現西南東北走向。歐洲中期天氣預報中心甚至一度預測，中心可能從屏東登陸，新北市出海，出現台灣氣象史上極為罕見的「穿身颱」。但在颱風形成後，此一路徑機率大減。

天氣風險管理開發公司總經理彭啟明提醒，一夜醒來，鳳凰展翅高飛了；這次變化大，對周末的干擾變數也增多，須留意。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
