卡麥隆虛驚保官位　承諾下放更多權力

蘇格蘭今天公投否決獨立，英國首相卡麥隆在唐寧街10號首相官邸外發談話，表示對於蘇格蘭人民選擇留在英國感到高興，指蘇格蘭否決獨立是一個「清楚的結果」，歡迎英國是一個靠選票和平解決爭議的國家。

英國《衞報》報導，卡麥隆呼籲英國國民團結向前邁進，承諾將草擬法案，向蘇格蘭下放更多權力。他稱未來蘇格蘭議會將決定自身的稅制、開支與福利，其他地區如英格蘭、威爾斯和北愛爾蘭未來也將擁有此權力。
 
他並指現在是一個「大好機會」，可改變英國的管治模式，但強調要採取平衡的手法，讓蘇格蘭及其他地方的公民也都可以享有更多權力。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
