刑警薛貞國被毆打致死案主嫌之一幫派分子萬少丞投案，警方今天將他移送台北地檢署。北檢檢察官訊後向法院聲請羈押萬少丞。

薛貞國14日在東區夜店遭圍毆致死，警方從15日起陸續逮捕曾威豪、女友劉芯彤及幫派分子蕭叡鴻等15人到案；其中，曾、劉、蕭被檢察官聲押獲准，其餘12人以新台幣5萬元至10萬元交保。

警方專案小組透過監視器畫面、做案汽機車、現場指紋及DNA比對，追緝在逃嫌犯。警方約談案發時在場的涉案小弟及夜店安管，查出幫派分子萬少丞和周譽騰指使小弟前往鬧事，且現場也聽到兩人高喊動手。

萬少丞逃亡6天後，昨天由父親萬年祥及律師陪同，向警方投案；萬少丞6名同夥也一同到案，包括3名現役軍人，其中1人是憲兵，他們都是休假時被找去助陣。經過漏夜偵訊後，警方將他移送北檢，檢察官訊後認為他涉犯殺人重罪，且有逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押。

截至目前為止，殺警案共有26名嫌犯到案，其中有5人投案，警方專案小組逮捕21人；目前還有幫派分子周譽騰等人尚未到案，警方正全力緝捕。(中央社)
