全國三代同堂孝親家庭表揚今天在台中市政府舉行，台中市長胡志強說，以小家庭社會為主的現在，三代同堂更顯得相當可貴。

台中市社會局與弘道老人福利基金會下午在市府台灣大道市政大樓共同舉辦「第20屆全國三代同堂孝親家庭表揚」活動，來自全國100個家庭接受表揚，其中台中市有23戶家庭接受表揚，為全國表揚最多戶的縣市。

胡志強表示，台中市的老人福利都不輸其他縣市，以重陽敬老禮金為例，65歲以上老人就可以拿到禮金新台幣2000元，這是全國最高。

胡志強指出，今晚鳳凰颱風將登陸，本來預計去防災會報會議，後來改成晚上開，所以他無論如何要趕來跟阿公、阿嬤及兒女祝賀。

弘道老人福利基金會表示，今年共收到全國145戶家庭報名，最後進行訪視及評選後過，共計100戶家庭接獲表揚，其中，三代同堂超過30年的獲選鑽石楷模有9戶、超過25年的白金楷模為27戶，其他則為同住達20年以上的金牌楷模共有64戶。(中央社)
