營養滿分的地瓜,一直是深受大家喜愛的平民食材,無論是炸的、烤的,還是煮湯都很美味。但不同料理就得切成不同形狀,你知道嗎?

將要煮的地瓜用菜瓜布刷洗乾淨,可連皮一起烹調、食用;沒用到的要保持乾燥保存起來。

用刨刀去皮,若擔心瓜體黏液滑手,可戴上手套處理。

地瓜除了整條蒸、烤或做成蜜地瓜,通常會切塊煮湯、切絲煮成地瓜稀飯,或切片做成粉蒸肉、裹粉油炸等料理。
