加泰隆尼亞擬公投　西憲法法院裁決撤銷

西班牙憲法法院29日作出裁決，撤銷東北部加泰隆尼亞自治區政府舉行獨立公投的計劃。

加泰隆尼亞自治區主席馬斯27日簽署法令，擬於11月9日舉行獨立公投。總理拉侯伊（Mariano Rajoy）29日表示，公投違反1979年的憲法，中央政府已向憲法法院申請釋憲，以阻止該區獨立公投。

憲法法院接受釋憲申請後，加泰隆尼亞公投自動無效，而釋憲結果可能要等5個月後才會出爐。（國際中心／綜合報導）
