李朝卿案　內政部續否准復職申請

行政院訴願會日前公告撤銷內政部對李朝卿停職案，請內政部另為處分，內政部晚間發布新聞稿表示，經審視法律適用妥適性及案件最新事實基礎後，維持原有處分，否准李朝卿的復職申請。

李朝卿因涉南投重建索賄弊案，遭南投地方法院裁定收押禁見，立即停職，由副縣長代理縣長職務。之後李朝卿轉向行政院提訴願案，日前行政院撤銷內政部停職決定，要求內政部在二個月內另為處分。
