【動新聞】馮光遠入監遭「丟書」　高喊新聞自由

無黨籍台北市長參選人馮光遠，今日入監服刑，因以「人渣公務員」嘲諷前文建會主委盛治仁，遭判拘20天、得易科罰金2萬元定讞，馮光遠今赴台北地檢署執行科報到，拒繳罰金，堅持「光榮入監、毫無悔意」，要「以身試法，在牢裡過法官判給我的日子」。

而日前朝總統馬英九丟書的中山大學學生顏銘緯，今到場聲援，並陸續朝馮光遠「丟書」包括了《法官說了算》、《第三種中國想像》、《只有青春唱不停》、《老派約會之必要》、《少女媽祖婆》和《在遠方相遇(wish you were here)》6本，當馮光遠接到《wish you were here》，還揶揄「盛治仁，wish you were here！我才希望你在這邊！」聲援群眾忍不住大笑。

馮光遠因前年底在部落格批評建國百年音樂劇《夢想家》太燒錢，還以「狗屎豬糞」、「人渣公務員」等字句嘲諷前文建會主委盛治仁挨告，上月被高院判拘20天，得易科罰金2萬元定讞。(即時新聞中心／綜合報導)
