選哪家電信和資費好呢?

我現在是亞太電信的用戶
對亞太的收訊和各項服務其實都還算滿意
但是因為我最近收到一支新手機Z3無法支援亞太
所以我有考慮要提前將亞太解約(明年九月才到期，違約金五千多元)
只是不知道可不可行?
我目前在亞太的資費795上網吃到飽
可是我瞧了一下我之前平均的上網用量
大約是2G/月(其實都不到)
真的很浪費

我也很少打電話
有打也是打室內電話或是網外的門號
加上大家現在都使用app聯絡
所以行動電話對我來說就跟電腦一樣
只是目前住在北投
不知道其他電信的收訊是不是也OK

麻煩達人替我解惑一下
是該等合約到期再攜碼
或是該解約到別家呢
感激不盡
