神戶一日遊 路線請教

11月初到大阪，專門拿了一天出來去神戶
早上從大阪出發，到三宮吃午飯（牛肉！） →有馬溫泉→三田outlet
然後非常非常想在晚上乘索道看百萬夜景，但是看了下摩耶山的景觀地圖……頭昏沉沉（圖見此http://kobe-rope.jp/cont03/maya-kantaiji.pdf）

1）想請教各位大大這個行程如何安排比較合理？
2）而且想買神戶1day交通pass（爬文看2000元）想問合適嗎？買的話是必須當天買當天用嗎？
我從十三站直接阪急到三宮，要怎麼買到呢？
