據我的認知 法規規定地上建物超過60m就必須建造消防用中繼水箱 消防用的中繼水箱有演習或者火災時才會運轉 如果是生活用水的中繼水箱運轉就十分頻繁 而且運轉噪音跟低頻共振十分擾人 對附近樓層的住戶十分擾人 雖然據說某些新式大樓會做好隔音裝置 但如果房子還沒蓋好 房客誰敢確定 有個疑問 建案的消防跟生活用水的中繼水箱會建在同一樓層同一樓面嗎? 先有個底 避免被代銷.仲介話術引導 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.33.39.6 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1412739962.A.9CA.html
