遭質疑包庇頂新 衛福部：主動送檢調

9月中就對正義油品有疑慮，卻有20天「空窗期」，外界批判衛福部無作為，更有立委指責衛福部包庇正義油品的大老闆頂新。衛福部今天表示，「一直在蒐集事證」，發現有問題主動送高雄地檢署調查。

正義油品出包，衛福部早在9月18日接獲檢舉，但直至昨天檢調主動發布消息，讓究責的一把火又燒到衛福部。衛福部次長許銘能表示，在強冠餿水油事件爆發後，追查正義油品的上游，並且主動移送檢調調查。

立委蔡煌瑯質疑衛福部為何拖了20天、未善盡食安的把關責任，許銘能則說，9月中旬清查後，一直在蒐集事證、一直在清查中，衛福部已盡了最大努力。
