本報訊

對於劣油風暴，桃園縣政府衛生局連日來已經稽查上千家次廠商與業者，另外也接獲117家業者主動通報。

桃園縣政府衛生局今天表示，為避免民眾受問題油品或汙染產品危害，衛生稽查人員在國慶連假日夜無休，由食品安全聯合查緝小組，包含衛生局、消保官、工商局、環保局等局處成員組成，持續查緝桃園縣食品製造廠的原物料來源及製程環境衛生，確保食品品質無虞。

衛生局表示，截止中午前已查緝1034家次，同時接獲117家業者自主通報。

衛生局指出，業者使用違規產品應於13日中午12時前，主動通報衛生主管機關，屆時未主動通報將依法處新台幣3萬元以上、300萬元以下罰鍰；如有通報不實或自行銷毀者，將從重處罰。(中央社)
