百萬海景豪宅蓋錯地方 白搭

（中央社美國奧蘭多14日綜合外電報導）美國有關當局說，佛羅里達州1名建商正在想辦法處理1間價值百萬美元、擁有無敵海景的豪宅，因為它蓋錯地方了。

濱大西洋的弗萊格勒郡（Flagler）發言人朗錐（Carl Laundrie）說，2名州立認證的測量員分別標記了錯誤的土地，造成這個烏龍。

朗錐說：「這塊地沒有任何角落有巨大的橡樹，所以你會覺得，對，一定就是這裡了。這塊地基本上位在一個沙丘後方。」

根據當地房產新聞網站gotoby.com報導，3月完工的這棟房子佔地492平方公尺，擁有5間臥室、5.5套衛浴、1間電影院、1間遊戲室和1個游泳池。

當初要求蓋房子的佛斯夫婦（Mark and BrendaVoss）和土地所有人馬薩羅（Andrew Massaro）及崔浦禮（Brooke Triplett）沒有回應記者電話。

建商基斯頓之家（Keystone Homes）的李奇蒙（Robbie Richmond），被房產網站形容為當地最受尊敬的建商之一，他和負責工程的測量公司代表也沒有回應電話。

朗錐說：「這個狀況需要由建商來修改，而建商需要測量員。我想一切只能對簿公堂了。」

英國「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，李奇蒙認為最好的解決方法，就是土地持有人交換土地，但佛斯夫婦似乎願意接受其他解決方式。（譯者：中央社李佩珊）1031015
