　　Zenimax Asia（ゼニマックス・アジア）預定於 2014 年 10 月 23 日推出，PS4／Xbox One 版 7,300 日幣，PS3／Xbox 360 版 5,800 日幣的恐怖生存動作遊戲《PsychoBreak》（サイコブレイク），再公佈了「血肉模糊模式」DLC 套用版與本作海外版《The Evil Within》中血腥表現差異遊戲畫面。

　　從遊戲畫面看起來，本作血腥表現的「刺激性」比較起來似乎是一般版＜血肉模糊模式 DLC 套用版＜海外版，尤其在屍體殘缺表現的噁心程度上，重口味的海外版強度還是遠超過其他版本。
