過期品做便當　頂新松青挨罰310萬

台中四家松青超市販售過期食品與便當，台中市衛生局今天開罰，以光復、黎明、三豐、大甲分店，過期一項產品罰十萬元，四店總計開罰310萬元；松青超市並被宣布是未來「加強稽查的對象。」

另台中市主任消保官已經協調，「松青超市必須針對購買問題食品與便當者以原價三倍加上五百元該店購物禮券賠償。」至於涵蓋的消費時間與退費方式與期限，目前還在進ㄧ步確認中。

台中市副市長蔡炳坤說，原本使用過期產品應該開罰6萬~5000萬元不等，但因為松青超市是連鎖超市影響較大，所以絕對對一樣違規產品開罰10萬，總計四店共三十一件過期違規產品。四家分店開罰金額分別是大甲店170萬、三豐店120萬、黎明店10萬元，以及光復店10萬元。(曾雪蒨／台中報導)
