標題[請益] 公司外訓課程--離職

請教各位 因小弟在一家公司也呆了滿久的超過五年,還算公司器重 目前預計明年過年後就要離職了 但是最近公司主管想要安排我去上專業技能課程 時間可能會是在11月到12月都有可能 但因為可能上完課程後或是還在課程中,等一月初我就要提離職 請問該怎麼辦? 找理由不上課嗎? 這很有可能會被看穿 要離職的前兆,因為我近期的確有在 一份文件上註明過,我想學習有關這專業技能的課程 而公司應該沒有要求簽下受訓後多久以內不能離職,歷年來都沒有 所以該去上嗎? 個人意願是不想上,不想浪費公司的錢,也不想背負利用公司的罪名 我寧願自己花錢去上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.43.65.242 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1414590318.A.CF4.html
