有沒有人在餐廳工作，客人用餐中途離開，可能接個電話，可能去車上拿個東西，而你不知情，把客人吃一半的餐點收掉了，結果客人忙完後回頭要來用餐，餐點已經被你收掉了，而引起消費糾紛呢？？？有人發生過這種情況嗎？？？有的話，到最後要賠償嗎？？？還是提供客人其他補償呢？？？
