經濟部智慧局今天公布第3季智慧財產權趨勢，相較於專利新申請量衰退，商標申請量持續增加，年增率1.4%，且在向我國申請商標國家中，美國以1038件重返冠軍。

根據智慧局統計，今年第3季商標申請量共1萬9574件，年增率1.4%；前3季累積達5萬4405件，增幅達4.43%，顯示商業活動穩定成長。

觀察向我國申請商標的主要國家中，智慧局表示，美國第3季以1038件奪冠，自前一次第2名，再次回到第1名，年增率15.21%，連4季正成長，且增幅擴大為雙位數。

日本以900件緊跟在後，但申請量較去年同期減少5.56%。

第2季商標申請量最多的中國大陸，這次跌至第3名，但申請量高達896件直逼日本，年增8.87%，持續正成長。(中央社)
